Soak the stone in water. Place the sharpener on a flat surface. To sharpen the knife, slide one side of the knife and then the other side, over the stone (with light pressure) several times. When sharpening the knife, try to maintain the appropriate angle of the knife (15 ยฐ -30 ยฐ)
