  • 4 avocados
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

METHOD

  1. Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the pit. Then, slice into wedges. Use a big spoon to carefully scoop out the individual wedges.
  2. Prepare 3 medium bowls, one for the flour, one for the eggs, and the last for the panko.
  3. To the panko bowl, add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge for breading in this order: egg, flour, egg, and then panko.
  5. Select Air Fry – 200° and set the time for 10 mins. Press START.
  6. When preheating has completed, place the avocado fries inside the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
  7. When the cooking time has completed, transfer the fries to a serving plate.
  8. Enjoy immediately with your favourite dip!
