Let’s give the espresso martini a holiday twist by pairing it with the coolness of peppermint and the richness of chocolate. This is basically an adult version of a peppermint milkshake with a kick.
Method:
- In a medium bowl, whisk all of the ingredients until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost Ice Cream & Slushie Maker mixing bowl, then cover it with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Spiked Slushie mode, L4. Churn until it turns to Cool and beeps.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup into chilled glasses.
- Extrude into glasses and top with more chocolate syrup and a mini candy cane, if using.
Tips
If you happen to love peppermint, you can add up to 1 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
