This Rose and Cardamom Frozen Yoghurt combines the creamy richness of yoghurt and heavy cream with delicate rosewater and warm cardamom flavours. Topped with toasted pistachios, it’s an elegant, floral dessert perfect for any occasion.
Method:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until evenly combined.
- Pour the mixture into the GreenPan Frost Ice Cream & Slushie Maker mixing bowl and cover with the mixing bowl cover.
- Select the Soft Ice Cream Mode and choose level 3. Churn until the Frost switches to Cool and beeps, or until your preferred texture is reached.
- Serve immediately, or transfer to an airtight freezer-safe container and place in the freezer to store.
