We endeavour to process your order on the day it is placed so your parcel can get to you in a matter of days. Please allow up to 7 working days for the dispatch of your order from receipt of payment. Seven days are required only if we need to order a product that we do not have in stock at the time your order is placed. We will notify you if a delay exceeds 7 working days.
Our stock levels are very accurate, but not always 100% due to online and in-store demand. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about a specific items availability, and we will gladly advise you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to stay updated so you know when your parcel will be delivered. Please note that standard deliveries are not made over weekends or public holidays. However, if you require an urgent Saturday delivery, please contact us, and we can assist if your address is valid for Saturday deliveries. Surcharges may apply.
All parcels MUST be signed for unless it is a rural address. Please ensure there are instructions for a safe location for the parcel to be left. If your address isn’t rural and you instruct us to “leave without signature”, this is at your risk & responsibility. Delivery is made by New Zealand Couriers; therefore, we need a physical address, not a PO Box, as a signature is required. Please carefully check your package when received for any signs of damage & DO NOT SIGN or accept delivery if external damages are found.

Great Barrier Island: Freight to Great Barrier Island is only paid to the Auckland depot of Barrier Air. This is the North Island standard rate of $8.00. Upon collection of your parcel at Barrier Air on Great Barrier Island, you will have to pay Barrier Air the fee for transportation from Auckland to Great Barrier Island. This cost is not covered by us and will need to be organised and covered by yourself.
Chatham Island: The Chatham Islands will require quoting and the freight is once a week. The minimum charge is $47.20 for a parcel up to 4.5kg. Please enquire if you wish to place an order.
Shipping Surcharges
A select few items have a “shipping surcharge” rate. This is for bulky or awkward-shaped parcels. This is shown on the product page, so you will see this before adding to your cart. It is also shown in the cart again. The rate is set per item.
We carry over 20,000 products, and almost all are readily available at our kitchenware store in Taupō.
Items online can be In-Stock (we have physical stock in-store or can get these items in within the 7-day dispatch policy), Out of Stock (marked with a ‘Notify Me’ button), or Online Only (explained below). Items with a stock quantity displayed have limited stock available because they are out of stock with the supplier, discontinued, or on a long-term order. If you would like to order more of an item than we list as available, please contact us, and we will let you know the current availability of that item.
Online Only Products
These items are not stocked in-store and are therefore not subject to our standard shipping times. Please allow for a dispatch up to 14 days extra. If you would like a more accurate estimate, please enquire before ordering. There may not be a delay, depending on the supplier’s location. For orders with multiple products that include an Online Only product, the order will be held until all products are available to be sent together.
Online Only – Direct from Supplier Products
This item is not stocked in-store and is exempt from our freight-free policy. Please contact us with your address for a quote, or if you place the order in advance, we will get in touch to organise the shipping cost. This item will be sent directly from the supplier. For orders with multiple products, where you have an Online Only – Direct from Supplier product in your order, and a standard product, these will be sent separately.
