Because oil or fat always settle on top of sauces, stocks, etc., the fat separator takes over the separation for low-fat enjoyments. Hot soups, sauces and gravies are poured into the jug and – as soon as the fat has settled on the top – the low-fat liquid can be slowly poured off from the fat separator jug. In addition, the practical sieve insert holds back any solid matter – without laborious filtering! The scaling of the heat-resistant jug helps with the exact dosage of the liquid.
