His iconic Reggae Reggae Sauce, which launched after a memorable pitch on Dragon’s Den, introduced the UK and beyond to the rich, spicy-sweet taste of authentic jerk seasoning. Since then, Levi Roots has expanded his range to include a variety of sauces and marinades, all inspired by traditional Caribbean recipes passed down from his grandmother.
