Similar to a traditionally poached egg, the Cuisipro Stainless Steel Egg Poachers allow water to circulate around the egg. The circulation holes on the back of the poacher allow water to gently flow around the egg for a tender poached egg and stopping it from spreading. The hanging hook is adjustable for different pot heights and ensures stability. The circulation holes can also be used to drain excess water by simply tilting the poacher back.
