  • Preheat the stone in the oven for around 15 minutes at 230°C
  • Lightly dust with cornmeal, polenta, or use baking paper to prevent sticking
  • Bake pizza at around 200°C for 20 to 30 minutes until the crust is golden
  • Do not place on stovetop or in microwave
  • Allow to cool before cleaning
  • Clean with a brush or scrape off residue, then wipe with hot water only
  • Do not use soap or a dishwasher, as the porous surface may absorb it
  • Stone will naturally darken over time, which is normal and does not affect performance
