The enamelled CrushGrind® KIM_BO combines 4 fantastic products into a single, cleverly nested, unit and no compromises have been made.

The design represents a sleek, Scandinavian style balanced with rustic functionality. The KIM_BO also has an extra lid made of silicone. This means that you can still use the pot independently at the same time as grilling your favourite foods. The silicone lid is oven-proof up to 240°C – so just start cooking!

Dutch oven: Use it for boiling, searing, frying, braising and baking food. It’s even good for sous-vide cooking.
Grill Pan 28cm: Grill meat, fish, veggies and even fruits. The tall, wide, chunky grill lines sear food properly, leaving impressive bold and crispy cross-hatch grill marks.
Baking Dome: Turn it upside down – so it’s a bread dome. The Kim-Bo retains and radiates heat very well. Plus its tight-fitting lid helps keep in steam so that bread rises properly and develops a lovely, crackly crust. The flat side of the lid makes it super easy to load dough onto without burning your knuckle
Pizza Stone: Use the flat side of the lid as a pizza stone in the oven. Before Use: before using it for the first time, you need to wash it in hot water with soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Use: Cast iron becomes hot during use. Always safeguard your fingers and hands from burns using suitable oven mitts.

Glass top stove: When using on a glass top stove, remember to lift the product when moving it. Avoid sliding the product, this could damage both the product and the glass-topped surface.

Gas: When using on gas, make sure that the flames never extend up around the sidewalls of the product

Maximum oven temperature is 250ºC

Silicone lid is heat resistant to 220ºC

Wood and silicone tools are recommended.
