The Pyrolux Crepe Pan is made from blue steel, which allows it to be used at higher temperatures than other frying pans.
Once seasoned, the Crepe Pan can withstand high temperatures and cooking without oil, and nonstick and even metal utensils are safe for use once seasoned.
