This Stylish and functional, Award-winning Julienne Cutter cuts julienne strips and vegetable spaghetti as easy as peeling. The julienne cutter is suitable for use with all firm vegetable types such as zucchini, carrots, daikon, potatoes, cucumber and many others. Place the vegetable on a firm cutting surface and draw the cutter along the length of the vegetable applying gentle pressure. For vegetable spaghetti, wok or soup. The stainless hardened blade is made of special steel and stays durably sharp. Comes in a gift box.
