Use & Care
DO NOT place the thermometer straight into hot liquids. Always bring the thermometer up to heat with the pan. Allow the thermometer to cool slowly on a dry surface before hand washing. Hand wash with a soft cloth in warm soapy water. DO NOT use scourers or abrasive chemicals.
