Made in France from Emile Henry’s specially developed Flame Ceramic, this tagine is designed to withstand direct heat and slow cooking temperatures, helping ingredients gently soften and develop depth of flavour over time. Suitable for gas, electric and halogen cooktops, it can also be used in the oven, with compatibility for induction cooktops when used with an induction disc.
