Select bands according to dough thickness required by the recipe. Stretch and roll evendough band onto both ends. Make sure that bands are not twisted and are spaced evenly apart. Now you are ready to roll!
Band thickness:
- Blue 3/8″Â 9.5mm
- Green 1/4″Â 6.3mm
- Yellow 1/8″Â 3.2mm
- Red 1/16″Â 1.6mm
