An unprecedented approach to recycling,
This collection is created from wooden pieces that are discarded at different stages of our manufacturing process (after turning, or after being painted the signature shade of chocolate). In order to recycle these pieces and give them a new lease of life, Peugeot carries out a mechanical sandblasting stage (dry sandblasting). This is what gives these mills their unusual and irregular texture, endowing them with such a striking organic look. The naturally raised surface of this range feels altogether surprising to the touch. The wood grain features eye-catching curves and lines running across its surface.
A solvent-free varnish is then applied to protect the wood while preserving its organic nature and ensuring its longevity and resistance for lasting daily use. Thanks to its initial appearance and texture, each piece becomes singular and unique.
