The exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating provides exceptional food release and makes cleaning easier after every meal. Suitable for use on most cooktops as well as in the oven, it allows you to brown meat before roasting and prepare rich gravies directly in the pan afterwards. The included stainless steel roasting rack elevates food for more even cooking and better fat drainage.

Before First Use
- Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush. Do not use harsh scourers.
- Routine Cleaning
- When cooking is complete, empty contents and fill the pan with hot soapy water. Use a soft nylon scourer and vigorously scrub the pan, ensuring all food fat and residue is removed. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids/pastes. Dry and store appropriately.
- Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
- Do NOT use excessive high heat.
Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options:
GAS
- Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
- Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
- Ceramic/halogen cooktops – always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
- Induction cooktops – always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
- Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
- Not all SCANPAN STRATANIUM non-stick cookware is suitable for induction technology. Refer to product packaging.
- Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
