Slice with precision, serve with confidence.

When it comes to carving roasts, poultry, ham, and other large cooked meats, precision matters. The Zwilling Four Star Carving Knife is designed to deliver clean, even slices with ease, making it an essential tool for preparing and serving everything from Sunday roasts to festive feasts.

With its long, narrow 20 cm blade, this carving knife glides smoothly through meat, helping you create thin, uniform slices while preserving texture and presentation. Whether carving roast beef, slicing ham, or portioning poultry, its sharp edge and balanced construction provide the control needed for effortless results.

Part of Zwilling’s legendary Four Star collection, this knife carries forward a knife-making tradition dating back to 1731, when Johann Peter Henckels registered the iconic twin symbol in Solingen. Precision-forged in Germany from a single piece of Zwilling’s special formula stainless steel, it delivers strength, balance, and exceptional cutting performance.

The SIGMAFORGE® one-piece forging process ensures superior blade geometry and stability, while the FRIODUR® ice-hardening process enhances sharpness retention, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. Finished with a laser-controlled V-edge honed to 15 degrees per side, the blade offers long-lasting sharpness for smooth, precise carving. Its ergonomic polypropylene handle and seamless blade-to-handle transition provide comfort, hygiene, and safe handling for prolonged use.
