The everyday workhorse for serious prep.

A chef’s knife is the heart of any kitchen, and the Zwilling Four Star Chef’s Knife is built to handle it all. Strong, balanced, and exceptionally versatile, this 16 cm knife is the perfect all-rounder for everything from fine slicing to heavy chopping, making it a trusted choice for both professional chefs and home cooks.

Its broad, sturdy blade and fine cutting edge make quick work of herbs, vegetables, fish, and meat, offering the control needed for precise cuts and the strength required for demanding prep tasks. Whether dicing onions, slicing fillets, or chopping fresh herbs, this knife delivers reliable performance every time.

Part of Zwilling’s globally recognised Four Star collection, this knife continues a legacy of excellence dating back to 1731, when Johann Peter Henckels first registered the famous twin symbol in Solingen. Precision-forged in Germany from a single piece of Zwilling’s special formula stainless steel, it combines durability, strength, and balance in one seamless design.

Built using SIGMAFORGE® one-piece precision forging and strengthened through the FRIODUR® ice-hardening process, the blade offers superior edge retention, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. The laser-controlled V-edge is honed to 15 degrees per side, ensuring razor-sharp performance for a wide range of cutting techniques. With its ergonomic polypropylene handle and seamless bolster-to-handle transition, it provides comfort, hygiene, and secure handling during long prep sessions.
