Use & Care:
- Before first use and after each use, wipe the inside of the box with hot soapy water and towel dry completely
- For easy clean-up, line the base of the box with a sheet of baking paper
- Periodically apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil to the surface of the box
- Sponge on with a rag and let dry. The oiling applies a moisture barrier to prevent the timber from drying
- Never allow your box to soak in water, or allow wet foods to sit on the timber for long periods of time
- Do not use a steel brush or steel wool on the surface
- Store your Grazing Box inside in a dry spot, away from the elements
- Please note, some foods may stain the timber
