Crafted as part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this saucepan is built in Denmark using a five-layer construction designed for optimal heat performance. With a minimum of 90% recycled stainless steel and aluminium, each layer works together to ensure fast, even heat distribution and long-lasting durability. The integrated 18/0 steel base guarantees full compatibility across all cooktops, including induction and lower-powered induction hobs.
At its core, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating provides effortless food release and easy cleaning, all developed without PFAS. Unlike traditional non-stick options, it is neither PTFE-based nor ceramic, offering a modern, high-performance cooking surface designed for healthier, low-fat cooking. The fitted lid and body are oven safe up to 250°C, giving you flexibility from stovetop to oven, while the brushed stainless steel riveted handle delivers a secure, balanced and comfortable grip.
