The Scanpan Nura 26cm 3.7L Shallow Casserole with Lid is designed for dishes that need space to spread out and develop flavour evenly. Perfect for shallow braises, one-pan dinners, baked dishes and gentle simmering, it brings versatility and control to everyday cooking with a wider, lower profile.

Crafted as part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this shallow casserole is made in Denmark using a precision-engineered five-layer construction. Built from a minimum of 90% recycled steel, each layer is designed to deliver fast, even heat distribution and excellent long-term durability. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction, it ensures consistent performance across any kitchen setup.

At its surface, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating provides effortless food release and easy cleaning, all developed without PFAS. Unlike traditional coatings, it is neither PTFE based nor ceramic, offering a modern, high-performance cooking surface designed for healthier, low-fat cooking. The fitted lid is oven safe up to 250°C, allowing smooth transitions from stovetop to oven, while the brushed stainless steel handle adds a refined finish with a secure and comfortable grip.
