Part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this fry pan is crafted in Denmark with performance and durability at its core. Its five-layer multi-layer construction combines a minimum of 90% recycled aluminium and stainless steel, creating the ideal balance of rapid heat conductivity, strength and long-term reliability. The integrated 18/0 steel base ensures efficient performance on all cooktops, including lower-powered induction hobs.

At the surface, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating offers exceptional food release and easy clean-up, all produced without PFAS. Unlike traditional non-stick technologies, it is neither PTFE-based nor ceramic, setting a new standard for healthier, low-fat cooking. The newly engineered riveted stainless steel handle features a curved underside for a secure and comfortable grip, while its brushed finish creates a seamless, refined look across the pan.
