Part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this sauté pan is crafted in Denmark using a precision-engineered multi-layer construction. Built with a minimum of 90% recycled steel, each layer works to deliver fast, even heat distribution and long-lasting durability across all cooktops, including induction. The integrated structure ensures consistent cooking results whether you are searing, simmering or reducing sauces.

At its surface, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating provides exceptional food release and easy cleaning, all produced without PFAS. Unlike traditional non-stick surfaces, it is neither PTFE-based nor ceramic, offering a modern approach to healthier, lower-fat cooking. The fitted lid is oven safe to 250°C, allowing seamless transitions from stovetop to oven, while the brushed stainless steel handle provides a secure and comfortable grip with a refined, cohesive finish.
