Part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this wok is crafted in Denmark using a precision-engineered five-layer construction. Built with a minimum of 90% recycled steel, each layer is designed to deliver rapid, even heat distribution and long-lasting durability. Compatible with all cooktops, including induction, it performs reliably even under high heat conditions.
At its surface, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating ensures excellent food release and effortless cleaning, all produced without PFAS. Unlike traditional non-stick coatings, it is neither PTFE-based nor ceramic, offering a modern, high-performance surface designed for healthier, low-fat cooking. Finished with a brushed stainless steel handle, it provides a secure and balanced grip while maintaining a refined, cohesive design.
