The Scanpan Nura 3.5 L Dutch Oven with Lid is built for rich, slow-developed flavour and dependable everyday performance. From hearty stews and braises to soups and oven-finishing dishes, it delivers steady heat and complete control in a compact, versatile size.

Part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this Dutch oven is crafted in Denmark using a precision-engineered five-layer construction. Made with a minimum of 90% recycled steel, each layer is designed to work together to provide excellent heat retention, even distribution and long-lasting durability. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction and lower-powered induction hobs, it performs consistently across any kitchen setup.

At its surface, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating ensures effortless food release and easy cleaning, all developed without PFAS. Unlike traditional coatings, it is neither PTFE-based nor ceramic, offering a modern solution for healthier, low-fat cooking. The fitted lid is oven safe to 250°C alongside the body, allowing seamless movement from stovetop to oven, while the brushed stainless steel handle provides a secure, comfortable grip with a refined, cohesive finish.
