Part of the advanced Scanpan Nura collection, this Dutch oven is crafted in Denmark using a precision-engineered five-layer construction. Built with a minimum of 90% recycled steel, each layer works together to provide excellent heat retention, even distribution and long-term durability. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction, it ensures consistent results whether you are cooking on the hob or finishing dishes in the oven.

At its surface, Scanpan’s Stratanium® Leap non-stick coating delivers effortless food release and easy cleaning, all produced without PFAS. Unlike traditional non-stick technologies, it is neither PTFE-based nor ceramic, offering a modern approach to healthier, lower-fat cooking. The fitted lid is oven safe up to 250°C, allowing seamless transitions from stovetop to oven, while the brushed stainless steel handle provides a secure and comfortable grip with a refined, cohesive finish.
