Handcrafted in Japan from Global’s exclusive CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, the G-3 is ice-tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-C58 for exceptional sharpness, long-lasting edge retention and resistance to rust, stains and corrosion. The acute 15-degree cutting edge delivers effortless slicing performance, while the seamless construction eliminates food and dirt traps for superior hygiene.

Global’s signature hollow handle is filled with sand to achieve the ideal balance, while the iconic dimple pattern provides a comfortable, slip-resistant grip.   • Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth before storing.
  • Do not place in the dishwasher, as harsh detergents and contact with other utensils can damage the blade and finish.
  • Use on wooden or plastic cutting boards to help preserve the cutting edge.
  • Store in a knife block, blade guard, magnetic rack or knife roll to protect the blade.
  • Sharpen regularly using a Global-recommended whetstone or ceramic sharpener to maintain optimum performance.
  • Avoid cutting through bones, frozen foods, or hard materials, as they may damage the fine cutting edge.
