A timeless cooking essential in a beautifully delicate finish.

The STAUB Cast Iron Cocotte brings traditional French craftsmanship to everyday cooking, with a versatile design that moves effortlessly from stovetop to oven to table. The Cherry Blossom finish gives this classic round cocotte a softer, elegant look while the cast iron construction delivers the reliable heat retention STAUB is known for.

From slow-cooked casseroles and hearty stews to risotto, roasted meats and freshly baked bread, the cocotte is designed to handle a wide range of recipes. Cast iron retains heat exceptionally well and distributes it evenly, helping eliminate hot spots for consistent cooking.

The lid features STAUB’s signature self-basting system, with specially designed nodules that collect condensation and return it evenly over the food as it cooks. This helps retain moisture and flavour, while the black matte enamel interior requires very little fat for frying and helps intensify the flavour of your dishes.

Made in France using traditional sand moulding techniques, each cocotte is individually crafted, with the mould destroyed after each piece is made. Built for years of cooking and designed to be brought straight to the table, it is a piece you’ll reach for time and time again.
