Bring slow-cooked flavour and beautiful presentation to the table with a Staub classic.

STAUB Cast Iron Cocottes are made for everything from slow-cooked stews and braises to freshly baked bread, risotto and roasted meats. Designed to move seamlessly from stovetop to oven to table, the cocotte combines excellent heat retention with even heat distribution for reliable, gentle cooking.

The heavy cast iron construction holds heat exceptionally well, while the black matte enamel interior helps develop rich flavour and requires little fat for frying. The enamelled finish is also tough and chip-resistant, making the cocotte a practical piece for everyday cooking as well as special occasions.

The lid features STAUB’s signature self-basting system, with specially designed nodules that collect condensation and return it evenly over the food as it cooks. This continuous circulation helps keep ingredients moist, tender and full of flavour.

Made in France using traditional sand moulding techniques, each STAUB cocotte is individually crafted and finished with a distinctive lid knob. The smooth base is suitable for all stovetops, including induction, while its elegant Sage finish makes it just as suited to serving at the table.
