Born from a love of food, the ocean, and a night of dreaming in Auckland, Opito Bay Salt was founded by Erin and Perry in the pristine Coromandel. What began as a passion project in a bach became a thriving small-batch sea salt company, now operating 11 greenhouses and exporting globally. Hand-harvested in Opito Bay using solar evaporation, each crystal is made with sunshine, patience and love. With a focus on sustainability and local ingredients, their award-winning salts capture the pure flavour of coastal New Zealand.
